"The floor towel in the bathroom was the same for at least two days, which isn’t very hygienic. The pan in the kitchen is old and scratched a lot, which is very unhealthy. And the lock to close the capsule was not working."

"I liked that it was self-service. That it was a place to keep my bycicle. That there was an opportunity to cook your own food in the kitchen, and keep some of it in the fridge. The capsules are generally well made for comfortable sleep, but can be improved."

"I didn't like the size of the lockers for bags. It was too small and only one bag fitted into it (I had 2 plus bagpack), so eventually I had to use my capsule's space to store my bags and it felt a bit over packed. There was light from the entrance door and the noise from the conditioner, that were affecting my sleep. So I had to close the capsule's door, which is noisy and uncomfortable to use. I would recommend expand the storage space and replace the capsules doors with curtains on the magnet or something like that... And cleaning the katlle from limescale more often would make the use of it more pleasurable."

"Buss connections with the city center was hopeless. The bed and the room, kitchen, etc was very good, and it was all clean and well maintained."

"There should be an iformation folder about busses and public transportations and also about what to find in the nearest area. There was a pincode for the electric door locker, and I was locked out of the building before 11:00 at the checkout date, while going to McDonald for a brekfast. Lucky enough I had only a small luggage, that I brought with me for the brakfast. When I wanted to return before 11:00, it was not possible to enter again."
