The staff are generally friendly, approachable, and ready to help when needed. A nice bonus is that guests can enjoy access to the pool at Orchid, which is within walking distance and makes for a day out activity."

The lowest-category rooms with garden views and private pools are unfortunately located very close to a busy road, where constant traffic noise (cars and trucks day and night) disrupts any sense of relaxation or romantic escape. While the property and pool facilities create an impression of exclusivity, reflected in the higher rates and limited availability, the overall experience feels somewhat overrated, and the price-to-value ratio could be more balance."
