"The short walking distance to the subway station. The water pressure in the shower. The bed is comfortable."

"The manless check in system. I had to repeat my name multiple times talking to the CCTV, then that staff left me hanging after confirming my booking. I waited for more than 10minutes at the reception until another staff came in physically to the counter. And even then I heard them having mixed up with my booking although I already informed them twice that I will be arriving the next day of my booking. I really hope this check in system can be improved, it's so frustrating."

"the location was good. Buses go directly from the airport to nearby locations. There are many restaurants and markets nearby."

"I like the location of the hotel as it is located between subway line 9 Sport Complex stop and line 2 Jamsil saenae stop. Airport bus 6006 goes direct to both Sport Complex and Jamsil saenae stops making it's very convenience to travel to and from the airport to the hotel. Location is buzzing with shops. The room is spacious, very comfortable."

"No bidet for the toilet :( They are trying to go for unmanned reception desk but it was a bit challenging to deal with the staff through the CCTV for check in/out because the staff mostly just talked in Korean. I also called front desk to request for iron but the staff asked me to send the request through e-mail instead is a bit ridiculous to me."

"Good location near subway stations. Travel into the touristy area is about 50 minutes. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Staff were helpful and particular compliments to Clara who was very welcoming and chatty each day and helped us with planning and bookings."

"The Location is perfect if you are attending concerts at Jasmil Arena. Lots of eatery around the hotel too. There’s also a photoism booth nearby."

"I was only disappointed by the hotel restaurant, because breakfast is not every day and you won't find European breakfast in the area."

"I like that the room is nicely clean. and the hotel staff come to make the bed, changing fresh towel and providing new water bottle every single day of our stay. with the price that we pay for this place, is this very perfect hotel. The area seems a bit dodgy because it's all surrounded by motels. But honestly if you don't mind that you get a perfect, comfortable stay here and very easy to travel around Seoul too. Sure that I'm I have to go back to Seoul again I will choose to stay here."

"The rooftop facility was under maintenance by the time that we staying. TV in the bath tub is a bit dodgy and doesn't work. The tub look like jacuzzi tub but the bubble feature doesn't work."
