"Our host (Pauline) was super helpful, cared for our well-being and comfort. She stays in the apartment (but respects your privacy), prepares the breakfast and waits for you to come home safely. The breakfast was really good and we could choose what we wanted (eggs/baked beans/pancakes) next to toast, cereals and tee/coffee/cocoa. Our room was quite spacious with a big bed (two matresses and one blanket). The area was calm, about 20min Uber drive away from the Nairobi bustle. It is really easy to get an Uber/bolt in the area. The house itself is guarded 24/7 so you feel safe."
"The bathroom was worn down, the shower took long time to get warm and the water pressure wasn’t really sufficient. But I think you’ll have to deal with those issues in a lot of places in Nairobi. So don’t expect a beauty palace in the bathroom, but it does the job :)"
