La Massasje è aperta e accompagna le altre 3 stagioni: le sensazioni e i colori dell'autunno, la lentezza e il torpore dell'inverno e il risveglio della primavera. Per dare agli ospiti modo di abbinare le stagioni più fresche con una coccola di benessere. Le camere dispongono di WiFi gratuito, TV LCD con canali satellitari, minibar e mobili in stile classico. Alcune stanze si affacciano sulle colline di Barbaresco. La colazione a buffet per chi soggiorna è servita nella hall dell'hotel, con vista panoramica sulle vigne e terrazza esterna durante la bella stagione. Il buffet velværezia dalla frutta fresca a prodotti dolci e salati, con proposte di formaggi e salumi del territorio. Il ristorante interno al complesso ha una gestione separata rispetto all'albergo.
