"Hanin is fantastic! She needs a raise! She was extremely helpful and made our stay very enjoyable! When I asked for tissues - she didn’t say - ‘just look around!’ But she sent them to our room along with lots of extra towels, water, etc. My suggestion is that she train all of your front desk employees - also, her English is great!! She suggested the fabulous restaurant next door (instead of KFC)! You are THE BEST, Hanin!"
"Because it is early March, the AC isn’t on yet - that would have been nice. I really like the breakfast hours - but the scrambled eggs I had were all dried out on top…(I scraped these aside). The selection of breads was good!"
