"There is no other place like Dharana at Shilim. It is nestled in the forest, a quiet and tranquil place to connect with yourself and with nature. We got to see so many birds and monkeys. Everything is put together so thoughtfully and with intention. We got to enjoy massages and other therapies individually suited to our needs. Working within the field of physical therapy myself, the level of skill and experience of the therapists exceeded my expectations! Especially the Super Stretch classes with Arzaan were excellent.
