"It was a last minute plan for us to stay and when we approached the hotel they said they only have online booking, so Bineesh, Sooraj and Saji pitched in and helped us to book the hotel from the booking app, they do have a good customer service, however the rooms could be better, especially the amenities, the breakfast was awesome.
