"Vi hadde lekkasje på servantkran på badet, og det var ikke kaldt vann. Forsøkt fikset, skiftet kran, uten at den virket av den grunn. Litt amatørmessig. Eller går alt på skinner her, ja litt treg heis da."

"Veldig mye surr og rot med bestilling i restauranten både når det gjaldt bestilling av kakao til frokost og drikke til buffee’n . Kakaoen måtte vi spørre etter 3 ganger og drikke til bugfee’n kom etter vi var ferdig med å spise. De skyldte på at det var mye å gjøre men det er bare tull. Det var mye unge uerfarne på jobb mener jeg. Og så er stedet overpriset. Jeg bor endel på Britannia i Trondheim som er ett 5 stjerners hotel. Og når du betaler dobbel pris av der er det for drøyt."

"Overall, our stay was not what we expected. We paid for a deluxe room, but instead of a proper triple room with three regular beds, we received a room with a third extra bed on wheels, which was very uncomfortable and clearly not the same standard as the other beds. This was quite disappointing, especially considering the price and the room category we booked. Another unpleasant surprise was that parking was charged additionally, which we were not expecting. Also, the view from the room was directly facing a construction site behind the hotel, which significantly affected the overall experience. Unfortunately, these issues made our stay less enjoyable than we had hoped."

"Although visiting Split in March may not have been the best idea, the hotel made up for it. It was a great idea to treat myself to a massage after an intense couple of days of training. Masseuse Anja not only relieved my fatigue, but also allowed me to relax. For the first time after a business trip, I will return not tired, but relaxed."
