"Our NGO had a conference in the hotel. the staff was excellent in preparing the conference room and addressing out needs. The conference catered food was excellent. I stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks and had breakfast every day. After the first 2 days, I realized that one could order eggs or omelet. Which was fine but why didn't they tell me at the beginning? Fruit selection was good. Coffee was also good. the wam milk for coffee was frequently empty but refilled on request."

"We really loved this property, all the services ( massage, driver, waiters ) and how everything was handled. The proximity of the beach, the beautiful view and the great food at the restaurant were perfect. We were there for Christmas and the restaurant had a special Christmas menu that we really appreciated. We would definitely choose the same hotel again."

"Food was ok, the staff was amazing and made you feel extremely welcome, this was the first time staying at this hotel, and I have just re-booked for next year. The hotel was quite, but had it lively time with live music. Enjoyed myself so much. Breakfast was lovely and so was dinner."

The lighting in the room could have been better.

"The shuttle bus from the airport was on site when we arrived and very comfortable after the plane ride. Check in was quick and the staff was amazing. Our room was exceptionally clean and the bed was comfortable."

"All in all the service provided by the hotel during my 3 night stay was amazing. All the services requires are available and event it is more convenient with the additional hospitality provided by our host of the meeting PNG Customs."

The only challenge I encounter which requires some improvement is the internet connectivity especially the WFI coverage and connectivity which at times it is very weak while in the room. Otherwise everything else provided by the hotel is exceptionally outstanding.

The weakest part of the hotel is the restaurant catering for breakfasts and all meals: the place that looks like a canteen, is not welcoming. The prices for food are for too expensive. The food is good quality. Spiritless Hotel as it feels very empty.

Fikk en fotskade pga løse gulvlister uten noen form for kompensasjon. Etterfylling av te og vann på rommene måtte purres. På verrandaen var bord, stoler og sofa støvete

"Veldig kult sted. Små bungalower med tre leiligheter i hver. Alle på bakkeplan. Vi hadde flott utsikt. Veldig koselig frokostområde ved bassenget. Koselig restaurant på stedet og flere i nærheten. Fin liten by og flotte strender. Strandbaren hvor vi fikk gratis strandstoler gjennom hotellet var skikkelig fin."

Avstandene og at det var vanskelig å være fotgjenger i byen. Litt lite variert frokost.

The service was excellent, and the staff were very warm and welcoming, especially Allan who made us feel truly cared for. Special thanks to Silvia for her wonderful management and for creating such a peaceful quiet and relaxing experience. "The team were very friendly and a great support with questions we had. We were met at the airport terminal and driven to the hotel using the free shuttle service. The room was really spacious and clean and breakfast was a great selection. We had asked for help with something very specific which wasn't part of the hotel and the team said to leave it with them and they'd call the room when they had the answer and, they did that!"

Probably just the traffic and noises makes by vendor as the hotel is opposite the national library. Hence many youngsters hangout there everyday and worst is over the weekend.
