"Excellent location. ALL the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Near to the American Memorial Park and if you want to book a tour of Saipan, I can recommend Walt at Discover Saipan. He gave me a superb tour of Saipan and Tinian and can collect from the hotel. Delicious dinner in the Terrace restaurant. Several pools and one of them is large enough to swim lengths and is open till late. I wish I could have stayed a bit longer!"

"Sentral beliggenhet i Nungwi, kort gangavstand til Nungwi og Kendwa beach. Renslig og fine rom. Hyggelig og imøtekommende personal. Mye å tilby med flere resturanter, barer og bassenger inne på området i tillegg til mye annet. Super service, god mat og bra underholdning. Kan virkelig anbefale!"

"Veldig kult sted. Små bungalower med tre leiligheter i hver. Alle på bakkeplan. Vi hadde flott utsikt. Veldig koselig frokostområde ved bassenget. Koselig restaurant på stedet og flere i nærheten. Fin liten by og flotte strender. Strandbaren hvor vi fikk gratis strandstoler gjennom hotellet var skikkelig fin."

Avstandene og at det var vanskelig å være fotgjenger i byen. Litt lite variert frokost.

"Maris-rommene var store, luftige og veldig innbydende. Det var veldig rent, sengen var stor og komfortabel, og interiøret var moderne. Praktisk med egen butikk på området. Resortet har en egen avdeling kun for voksne (egen restaurant, bar og basseng), som er fint når man selv reiser uten barn. Jeg vil også gi ros til gartnerne som holder området velstelt og pent. Det ser ut som et tropisk paradis! Frokostbuffet hadde stort utvalg."

Middagsbuffeten var stor og rettene var greie, men de gikk fort tom for varmretter, og det tok tid før ting ble fylt på. Jeg spiste også en hamburger ved poolbaren/poolgrillen som var veldig trist og smakløs. Hever de standarden på maten generelt hadde dette vært mer i tråd med resten av hotellets standard. Vanntrykket er ganske lavt, men dette virker å være et generelt problem på øya, og er ikke nødvendigvis hotellets feil.

"The location is awesome. Lovely beach with warm water and white sand. Beautiful. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Breakfasts were pretty good. Dinners were very good. Expect lots of good seafood. I thoroughly enjoyed my stat. I only wish the weather was better while I was there."

"The bed was amazing, i slept well and that was the best part especially being jet lagged. The kids loved the breakfast spread so that was a plus. They really enjoyed their stay, im glad to have booked it and wouls definitely come again and recommend to friends."

The pillow is square, large and uncomfortable. I got a pain in the neck because of it. The coffee in the breakfast buffet was so bad it was undrinkable.

"The room was spacious, clean and had a huge comfortable bed. The room also had amazing views of the sea, and islet de Gosier as well a cool terrace. Coffee facilities and air conditioning in the room. I loved the open air lounge/dining area too - very unique - the art exhibition added glamour! Then the private beach and pool was also a treat."

The beach area tables and lounges needs to be cleaned more regularly.

"Hotel upgraded my room, they gave me a delux room instead of standard room. We've got dinner in the restaurant of the hotel. It was excellent!"

Furniture and rugs are a little old. Needs to be renewed.

"Breakfast was good and most of the time it has variety. Staff are fantastic.The omelette bar was the best as the other hot food is in bain-marie and is not as good."

Great room and fabulous views of the bay. I loved waking up in the morning and watching the boats going up and down the bay.

The room is quite old and small.

Por ahí tener un colcha de verano o similar. Y que el baño tenga cortina a fin de que no se moje todo al bañarse. Igual todo correcto.

"During our stay, my wife fell ill. Diagnosed with severe malaria, she was transferred from the over-worked Moroni public hospital to a private clinic (at the hotel’s initiative). Over the next week, the Retaj’s staff treated us both as family and could not have been more helpful."

"I was able to book a room just before midnight of the same night (in the app it says 24 hours front desk). When I arrived, the doors were closed. I was able to call and they were able to open the doors after I woke them up and accommodated me but it's quite a surprise if it says 24 hours front desk and then it actually isn't..."
