"Just a regular hostel with rooms. The walls are thin so you can easily hear some noise from other guests. If you need the place just to stay somewhere and rest - it’s OK, but don’t expect anything special from it."

"Great place to stay in Noukchott. The place itself is beautiful, and in a nice neighbourhood within walking distance to anything you'd want to see. The bungalows are cosy and comfortable. Great hot showers and good buffet breakfast. Contrary to some other uncharitable reviews, I found the young guys working there to be helpful and pleasant. Sebastien the owner gives great travel advice. 10/10, would repeat!"

Rooms very very basic and had a mould issue. But other than that was okay. We didn’t have bed bugs in our room, but we met other backpackers in the dorm beds that said they did have them…

Kjøkken der du enkelt kan lage egen mat, ellers er det mange restauranter og markeder i nærheten. Rent og mer enn nok toaletter til alle (vanligvis et problem på hostel). Følte meg komfortabel selv om jeg vanligvis foretrekker kvinne-sovesal."

"Spent some wonderful days here! Especially Yessin, the host is really nice and helpful! There’s a shared kitchen, a terrace, where you can meet other guests and also a living room. Beds are comfy. Would recommend it for backpackers, who want to explore Tatouine and the area around. Yessine can you provide recommendations for both and even organise a tour."

"Fantastisk stedt på fjellet i Polen. Personalet er utmerket, hyggelig og fleksibel. Det er ikke et vanlig hostel. Har får du gratis nydelig frokost og te og kaffe tilgjengelig hele dagen og grill mat på lørdager. Huset ligger i skogen, ikke så langt fra Zakopane men lagt fra bråket. Utrulig hyggelig stedt med uforglemmelig atmosfære. Anbefales"

"The place was clean and light, though not too busy given the time of year (March). Most impressive was the host who was incredibly welcoming and helpful, offering to help wherever she could. A wonderful addition to my stay in Xingping!"

"Lovely staff, really informative and kind. The hostel Backpackers was clean, comfortable and nice inside and out. Absolutely brilliant location - close to bus stops, Cuba Street, good eateries and has all you could need in the Backpackers. A fully functional kitchen, a lounge where you can chill with your buddies, board games to play, a nice outdoor deck. I also like the fact they had a female only bathroom downstairs. The showers were excellent, too!"

The bedroom I stayed in didn't have a lock that worked on the door, which was a bit concerning. I don't love that.

The location is nearby the Black Beach, so it can get really windy outside.
