"This is a lovely place to stay for anyone who is wanting a break from hotel/hostel life. Rodrigo and his wife are so welcoming and kind. Everything that you need is there (coffee, tea, cold water, a fully equipped kitchen), including information and a laundry service that is great value for money (possibly the best that I have had in my 5 weeks of travelling so far!). The location is perfect for León, I feel lucky to have booked this place."

"I stayed with two friends for two nights, but originally had only planned to stay one night. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and flexible in extending my stay. The breakfast had lots of fresh fruit and it was not problem to have it at 5 am as we had to leave early. I think it is great value for money in Musanze!"

The bathroom could have been cleaner and the shower wasn't working properly when we arrived, but that was fixed quickly after we raised it with the staff.

"Everything!! It was so well equipped; fabulous quiet air con, everything you could possibly need in the kitchen to prepare a 3 course meal. The swimming pool was heavenly and plenty of sunbeds and chairs. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and the hosts were super friendly and helpful, always on hand or available on Whatsapp."

The only very slight negative was the hill to the property. We took it very slowly (we're getting on a bit!) but it still only took about 6 or 7 minutes. So not too much of a problem.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay. loved listening to her speak of her children. the love in her eye's that that shows for her children and moko's that live in Aotearoa when speaking of them. As well as her belated husband. "The location is wonderful! The beautiful house where we rented a unit is right on the lake. The house is well-kept and beautiful. The weather was cold and a little foggy, which added to the atmosphere. In the summer, the residents walk 20 meters and are already in the lake, which invites swimming.
