"Warm welcome from the staff, very comfortable room and home-like feeling. Designated room for smoking so we did not have to feel the smell at all. Kids loved the chess available to play."

The cleanliness and the condition of furniture need an upgrade! The cabinet needs to be ripped out and replaced, stove and items need a deep clean and shower needs a proper shower head sorta spittled as opposed to showered.

"It was really good value for money in the area, the breakfast was nice and filling, egg made fresh, avocado, toast, fruit, coffee and tea. The room was really nice we thought it might be cold but the blankets kept us perfect temperature. Only a 4 minute drive from the bus terminal. The man on reception kindly flagged a tuktuk down for us in the morning to the terminal."

"Veldig god, tradisjonell palestinsk frokost, lokalt produsert og servert på ønsket tidspunkt. Godt forklart av hotellets eier. Stor variasjon i råvarer og servert etter lokale tradisjoner. Alle rommene var delikate og med hvert sitt særpreg. Et familiedrevet hotell der hotellets eier knytter familiehistorie til hvert rom og til huset. Da vi ankom var hotellets eier godt orientert og informert og håndhilste på alle og bød på kaffe og te under pistasjtreet som ga god skygge for solen og skapte en lun stemning. Anbefales på det sterkeste. Det må være det desidert beste hotellet i Betlehem."

Tout était appréciable, au niveau de l’emplacement et pour l’espace d’ensemble. La piscine a un petit problème de fuite d’où un niveau de hauteur d’eau un peu bas. Ceci n’a que très peu altéré le plaisir de s’y être baigné.

"The staff were so helpful and friendly, Gigi speaks fluent English which is pretty rare in Mongolia so that made it easy. They also were super helpful when my partner left his phone in a taxi from the airport- they got it back! The rooms were big, warm and clean, the shower was hot and the view was nice."

We arrived at midnight and the entrance is a dark scary looking carpark, the door is steel and we couldn’t work out how to get in. The hostel is on the 4th floor so good idea to get a SIM card (free from airport) and call when you arrive if you get stuck. A helpful man in the carpark helped us get in which was so lucky. We would stay again, next time we’ll know how to get in!

Our booking description on the rooms & no of beds aren't the same, i have to contact the owner to get me another xtra beds. Also, 1 of the unit we gotten a rocking bed frame.

The toilet leaked all over the bathroom floor. It feels a bit out of town but only a short drive away.

Location is bit far away from the city if you have a car then no problem , there is free parking and the great thing is you would have lovely city view. "We loved the courtyard where we had our breakfast which we put together from supplies from a nearby supermarket and the street fruit vendors. As shown on the wesite, the courtyard is a truly delightful spot, especially in a sunny morning, and important if you wish to eat or chat with your fellow travellers, as our rooms were too small for that. The staff were kind an helpful, and the daily room service and available linen service, ensured a clean room (and clean clothes). The location was close to where our conference was held and in a short walking distance the the lakeside, parliament house etc. Other city sights, the Plaza shopping mall, etc were usually an inexpensive taxi ride away."

The absence of wi-fi and difficulties getting an internet connection the courtyard and my room was a real inconvenience, only solved by purchasing a local sim and forgetting about my usual roaming arrangement for keeping in touch with family back home.

Both the dinner and the breakfast were delicious and the overall standard of the hotel was excellent. Everything was very well taken care of and we felt really comfortable throughout our stay.
