"I will never forget the lady managing the hotel. I was between previous hotel check-out and a night flight so needed a cheap place to rest and wait. As I was not feeling well due to activities of the day before, I asked the lady manager to buy some food for me. Due to the hotel's location I got no idea to buy anything anywhere at all. But she did it wonderfully for me. She did ask me for a fee: 10 Gambian Dalasi which is about US 15 cents. It was a bit heartbreaking really. I made sure I honored her help beyond 15 cents. She said I'm a good man and she would like me to visit the Gambia again, to which I'd so much like to say yes. The hotel is highly value for money, if not for location reasons."

"The location of the hotel was also heartbreaking. The owner did inform me via WhatsApp where it is and their phone numbers but it's still very difficult to find it. My frustrated taxi drivers asked me to pay almost double the trip cost due to him having to call and ask around which took time."

"Comfortable room near the airport. The staff were friendly helpful and polite. It's a shame that there was no WiFi and it was rather difficult to find with no signage. It was nice to have coffee making facilities."

"The location in the app is not completely correct. They write you and tell you to call them, once you're close, so they can give directions to the taxi driver. But because of this you can't use taxi apps and are in high risk of overcharging by the taxi, as you can't explain the final location to the driver. Also giving directions to the driver was poor, he struggled to find it. There is also no sign at the house. It would be much easier just to get the location by Google maps, but they were resistant against this idea (or maybe just don't know how to send it).. Hint: the location for Touray Guest House on Google maps is correct (so check that one and not the map of booking.com)."

"The location on the booking.com of this accomodation is wrong. It must be 13.356221,-16.676038 Please take care you correct that. Other People looked for the place for hours, the day i was there. Ther must be made an internet connection always fuctioning, i think. It may me usefull to provide simple mosquito nets for the beds"
