On the edge of Bowland Forest, The Priory bed and breakfast offers a cosy accommodation in the centre of Scorton. Free WiFi is available, and the M6 motorway is 15 minutes’ drive away. With light decor and crisp, wooden furnishings, each room includes a modern, private bathroom with free toiletries. Rooms feature a flat-screen TV, tea and coffee-making facilities, and a hairdryer. Our café is open daily fkoselige rom 10am until 4pm serving hearty breakfasts, lunches and delicious cakes; using fresh and local ingredients in all our homemade dishes. We do not serve evening meals however we can provide a pre-ordered ploughman's platter or drinks for your room if you do not wish to dine out. The café has a welcoming cosy log fire and a pretty, outdoor dining area. The surrounding area is full of scenic walking and cycling routes. The Priory caters for walkers and cyclers with secure cycle storage and a clothes drying room. Free parking is available, and Lancaster is a 20-minute drive away.

"The self contained apartment was lovely and well appointed. It had a new kitchen and appliances. It was also the perfect temperature without having to adjust thermostats - the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast in the adjoining cafe was outstanding and the lady proprietor was super friendly :-) The village is very picturesque with nice walks directly from the apartment door. A handy SPAR shop across the road is useful."
"I am being extremely picky here but a couple of things would have made an excellent stay perfect. There are 2 TV's. The main TV to watch whilst sitting on the sofa in the lounge area is on an adjacent wall. I appreciate as the fitted kitchen is facing the sofa it can't be mounted there. However, suggestion maybe to use an extendable bracket so you can angle the TV towards the sofa. A lamp in the lounge would have been great as the overhead lights are very bright. I used the bedside lamp instead in the lounge for a more homely feel whilst watching TV."
