"The hotel is perfectly located in one of the most beautiful neighbourhoods in London. Museums, Royal Albert Hall, Kensington Palace and Harods are within walking distance. The breakfast is a la cart, freshly made and delicious. The room was spacious and with old charm. However, clean and well equipped."

In addition, while the staff were pleasant, the level of engagement and attentiveness especially during breakfast felt inconsistent and uneven across guests. "I was made to feel welcome as I walked through the door after walking a long way welcomed with a lovely pot of tea, there was a very professional member of staff that chatted to me, he was so welcoming, lovely and informative about the equine connection to the hotel having horses myself it was an asset to see photo's of horses, all this put me so much at ease, my room was beautiful and every little thing was covered. All in all it was the perfect experience !"
