"Very near the venue we were attending. The room was clean. Tea & coffee facilities. Soap, shower gel & towels supplied."

"I was very disappointed with the outlook the room the lack of staff facilities and response to my needs I was no able to change or cancel my booking even after being scammed. Once I had booked it sais I'd have to pay cancellation fees. Yet before I booked it said I could cancel for free. I've never experience a BnB like this before the bed was comfortable and my stay wasn't dreadful but it was by no means a pleasant stay . I felt quite alone which I've never felt before on my travels. ."
"No breakfast facilities no kitchen no staff dreadful view. Small basin not enough supplies to make tea and coffee . No assistance on a four flight stairs . No awareness of my needs as a 72yr old disabled person. I was stressed . I did sleep well the bed was comfortable the room was reasonably warm . I felt like I was on my own ."

"The location was great. Right in the centre of Brighton. The room had fresh towels, clean bedding and facilities for tea coffee, a working TV and the bed was really comfortable."
"Basement room. Window would not shut properly and there was damp on the wall. I also recently stayed at the Innit Vibes in Kemptown, which was beautiful and the decor was great. The Innit Joy could do with a bit of a makeover in comparison Also, being in the basement, the noise of people walking around in the rooms above was distracting, especially at 2.30am!"
"The bed was really comfortable, the room was clean and warm and the bathroom clean and a good working shower. The codes for the key box was sent on same day as arrival and really helpful staff on the other end of the line. The location is great and was a good price for the night. Would defo come back despite a couple of things. The room wasnt massive but it was big enough for 1-2 people."
"The stairs to the top of the building where the room was located was a little bit of a fun house experience haha. One of the banisters on the second floor is a little wobbly so hauling luggage upstairs was a little bit of a challenge. The bedside fan didnt work but its not a major issue as the windows could open."
