These self-catering apartments are located in the town of Nuits Saint Georges, at the heart of the Burgundy vineyards. Vign’ Appart apartments all have free WiFi access and a wine cellar. Each apartment has a fully equipped, open-plan kitchen, complete with a dishwasher and an oven. There is a lounge area with a flat-screen TV and a bathroom with a shower and free toiletries. Each apartment also includes an induction loop and an alarm for the hearing impaired. You will find a choice of restaurants within 500 metres of the apartment and there is also a shop selling local products on site.

"Has everything, interesting town. So sorry that we didn’t book for a longer stay. On the way back North we intend to book the apartment for at least two nights. So much better than a chain hotel, so close to town, shops, kitchen facilities, kettle etc. managed to park right outside the door, free car park just around the corner though. Everything good, a real find for future use."

"I loved the swimming pool , the view from the terrace and the extremely quite atmosphere. The place is really unique! Close to the port of Tulon so very convenient to take the ferry the morning. We had an amazing relaxing day!"

"Everything was amazing. This is a 5 star Villa and you can completely relax and enjoy. Town is super close and that’s a huge benefit. You also have amazing beach near. But DANY is amazing,super polite,kind person and she really wants to help you with everything that you need. Communication is 10/10 . Everything is very modern and makes your stay super easy. I really loved breakfast and especially fresh croissants ! Indeed everything looks much better than in photos!"

"The hosts are very helpful and kind and met me at the property.I had a very comfortable stay at Résidence Cosyade Équipée. The room was very clean and well equipped, with a comfortable bed and a small kitchen that included a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker with complimentary pods. There was also a convenient table for meals. The shower was excellent with strong water pressure, and the quiet surroundings offered a lovely view across open fields. Access to the property was easy via a secure key pod with a code, and the free off-road parking was very convenient. Overall, a peaceful and well-equipped place to stay."
