There's a good supermarket just around the corner [the Artisan bakery cakes we had were also surprisingly good and very cheap!], and it's walkable to the centre of Epernay. Easy to park outside. Disability access-wise [I have a mobility disability]: from the road to the front door is less than 10m; there was one step into the apartment; nice easy shower to get in/out of."
