"superrrrr studio j’aimerais bien loyer un tel studio à Paris 😭 je suis venu pour l’examen, et leur réponses prompt m’a aidé vrm bcp! L’emplacement est super aussi, 2 minutes à pied de la gare et 3 minutes à l’alliance française. J’adore ce séjour ! Je choisirai encore ce logement la prochaine fois que je visite Rouen."

"El lugar estaba limpio, la comunicación con el anfitrión fue fluida. La ubicación es genial, cerca de la zona de hospitales, además esta frente al río, excelente para salir a caminar/correr, es fácil llegar al centro de la ciudad caminando o en bus. El edificio es muy tranquilo. El área de lavado y ejercicio en la azotea es un gran extra. Me encanto el sistema de proyección para ver netflix o alguna plataforma, una gran idea después de un día de turismo o trabajo."

"We arrived later than expected due to a cycling mishap, but were greeted with warmth and kindness by Jean-Luc, who instantly made us feel at ease. Despite the language barrier—Jean-Luc doesn’t speak English—his hospitality spoke volumes. He and his wife welcomed us like old friends, showing us to the secure bike parking and then giving us a thorough tour of the apartment, patiently pointing out how everything worked and where to find what we needed. The apartment itself was spotless, well-equipped, and thoughtfully arranged, but what truly made the stay special was the genuine care and attention from our hosts. Jean-Luc’s graciousness and charm transcended language, and we felt completely looked after from the moment we arrived. If you’re looking for a place with heart, warmth, and authentic hospitality, this is it. Highly recommended!"
