"We totally LOVED everything! Florence's attention to detail was very wonderful: from the beautifully appointed, comfortable gypsy caravan, to the provision of wellies and bike stands, and many other thoughtful little details, and in the morning a perfect breakfast in Florence's gorgeous kitchen/living room in front of her magnificent log burner. And then there's Florence herself, a wonderfully friendly lady, who seemed to know just what was needed and when. We've stayed in all sorts of places on our December cycling trip, and this has been the best so far by a long way."

"Located close to our desired target (Guedelon Castle). The cottage has very good facilities, Washing Machine, Dishwasher, second toilet. Easy free parking. It is bigger on the inside than the picture suggests, plenty of room for everyone. The village has several restaurants (although check for opening times), and a decent supermarket nearby. The whole experience was very good, and we will certainly consider coming again."

"Si vous êtes à la recherche d'un endroit calme propice à la détente et au lâcher prise cette maison est pour vous. Au printemps vous serez accueilli par l'odeur délicate des lilas en fleurs, du marronnier et du muguet. Cette maison a une âme, la déco est rustique tout comme la vaisselle faisant resurgir les souvenirs d'enfance. Vous pourrez manger sur la terrasse qui a une très belle vue. Le soir une bonne flambée dans l'âtre de la cheminée vous réchauffera. En bref, laissez vous aller à la contemplation du temps présent. Déconnexion assurée alors que le réseau est excellent ! Le propriétaire des lieux est accueillant et très réactif. Vous trouverez au village une épicerie, bar restaurant tenue par un jeune couple très gentils et accueillants. La carte propose des produits frais et de qualité."

"Chalet Sivara is perfectly located in a quiet lane off the Manigod-La Croix Fry road, only minutes from the Manigod ski area and less than 20 minutes by car or bus from shops and supermarkets in Thônes. The views from the two balconies are to die for - of the major part of the Chaîne des Aravis without any sign of human habitation. The chalet itself is extremely comfortable and supremely well-equipped. The owners deserve congratulations for their sense of style and decoration."
