"Horrible smell coming from the bathroom drains (the smell never goes away) - Quite a few broken and potentially dangerous items (shower rail attachement falling off / no handles for the cooking pots / bedroom wall light falling off) The microwave has to be lowered onto the kitchen counter to use it - We never found the bin area and used the city's bins - The stove was locked (we had to Google the instructions) - Only two towels for three people - Security deposit (too high)"

"The location is unbeatable. We loved we could walk over to the beautiful old town and to the beach without complications. There are also plenty of shopping spots, so it was nice to have lots of exploration potential around the flat. The flat was nicely decorated and clean and had everything we were looking for: A equipped kitchen, an air con, wifi, two beds wide enough to fit 2 people each with bed sheets and towels. There was also a nice balcony."

"The code driven door was a bit 'cranky' sometimes so it could take a few shots to open or close the door. We also didn't know how to lock the door at first as we only received unlocking info. Furthermore, there was no information that the thrash needs to be sorted as there was only one big bin, so we had to sort the trash by hand before check-out. We also run pretty low on toilet paper on 4 people over 5 days. The shower might need to be adjusted since water would easily flow out, when used."

"Labai gera lokacija, restoranai, parduotuvės, ledainės ir kepyklėlės labai netoli. Jūra taip pat už keletos minučių pėsčiomis. Apartamentai tvarkingi, jame yra viskas ko reikia:kavos aparatas, garinis lygintuvas, rankšluosčiai, indai, indaplovė. Tikrai patogu apsistoti su vaikais."

"Trūko papildomų rankšluosčių, buvo ne 4 asmenys, o jų buvo 2. Trūko pakabų drabužiams susikabinti. Sofa nėra itin patogi miegojimui, taciau keletai dienų tikrai viskas gerai."

"Ero un pò preoccupata per alcune recensioni, che parlavano di odore dallo scarico e oggetti rotti, in realtà l'appartamento era perfetto! Nessun odore sgradevole, tutto perfettamente funzionante. L’ambiente è molto gradevole, arredato bene. Pulizia ottima. Il wi-fi funzionava perfettamente, è stato bello poter utilizzare netflix ! L'appartamento è dotato di tutto, abbiamo apprezzato anche lo scaldasalviette elettrico in bagno. Il vero punto di forza è la posizione dell'appartamento, è davvero centrale, a 2 passi da Piazza Massena, ma comunque in posizione tranquilla e silenziosa. Il team dell'agenzia era comunicativo e sempre disponibile."

"C'è troppo poco spazio per appoggiare le proprie cose. Non si sa dove mettere le valigie, dove appendere le giacche (abbiamo soggiornato in inverno), il mobile in camera è piccolo, senza ripiani. Anche in bagno nessuna mensola. Lo sconsiglio per soggiorni lunghi e se siete in 4 amici, lo trovo adatto per una coppia o una famiglia con un figlio. Il letto è un pò scomodo, i cuscini sono piatti. Il divano letto cigola davvero molto. Si faceva un pò fatica a regolare l'acqua della doccia."

"Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, niedaleko dworca i promenady. Dobre miejsce wypadowe na zwiedzanie wybrzeża. Spokojna i czysta okolica. Super udogodnienia - suszarka, parownica, mikrofala, itd."

"Ubytování je na perfektním místě, vše v docházkové blízkosti. Komunikace s majiteli byla perfektní, co se týče ubytování, bylo čisté. Kauce je vysoká, ale byla vrácena do tří dnů po návratu. Určitě bychom ubytování využili znovu. Cena v této lokalitě perfektní."

"Nějaké drobné nedostatky to má (rozkládací gauč vrže při každém otočení), doplnili bychom vybavení aspoň o houbičku na nádobí."

"Die Lage war wirklich fantastisch, direkt im Herzen Nizzas. Die Ausstattung der Küche war top. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Kommunikation mit der Betreiberin war sehr einfach und ging super schnell."

"Einige Einrichtungsteile wirkten brüchig und billig. Bei manchen Möbelstücken hatte man das Gefühl, sie brechen gleich zusammen. Das Bad war schnell überschwemmt beim Duschen und die große Brause konnte man erst gar nicht benutzen, da das Bad sonst direkt überschwemmt wurde. Aufgrund der Lage war es sehr laut auf der Straße."
