"The location was good. A quiet street about ten minutes walk to a bus/tram/metro. Room on the first floor (Europe) second floor US, but the staircase was wide and had a solid railing. Keys to the building and to the room. The bed was comfortable. No dresser, but plenty of hooks and hangers for clothing. Good shower. Coffee maker and kettle available. We did not have the breakfast available with 24 hours notice, as 15 euro per person seemed like more food than we would normally have in the morning, though we did not know what was included. We smelled cooking some days and evenings--the restaurant serves meals in the evening, I assume by reservation."

"The coffee cups provided were too tall to put under the coffee spout. Instant Nescafe and tea provided, but the coffee maker actually takes coffee pods readily available at the Auchan not far away, though we had to remove the platform for the coffee cup because the cups were too tall. I would suggest providing coffee pods and cups of the appropriate size for making coffee."

"L'eau chaude est très lente à arriver, il faut près de deux minutes. La ventilation permanentee est efficace mais refroidit la chambre ."

"Kamer is comfortabel en sfeervol (zeker geen saaie standaard hotel kamer). Badkamer is ruim. Klein koelkastje op de kamer. Alles schoon. Locatie is 5 minuten lopen naar metro/tram. Hiermee zit je in ongeveer 25 minuten in centrum Lille. Auto kun je (betaald) achterlaten bij het hotel. Eigenaars hebben we niet veel gezien of gesproken. Communicatie via app verliep altijd vlot."

"Omgeving van het hotel is hier en daar wat 'schimmig'. Hotel biedt op vrijdag en zaterdag een diner aan huis. Dit geeft enige overlast (niet heel veel maar je ruikt het letterlijk op de kamer en je hoort af en toe stemmen en de voordeur). Wij hadden een ontbijt geboekt maar door ziekte bleek dit bij aankomst niet mogelijk. Wel een tip gekregen voor een alternatief op loopafstand (was gelukkig mooi weer in ons geval)."
