"Perfect appartment, perfect stay. Appartment is small, but has everything a person needs. It was clean and well mentained. It's very close to our favorite litre Town Saint Paul de Vence. Nice iand other Towns are short drive away. Genevieve, the Lady who manages it, gave us all needed informations and made sure the check in went smooth. We Will recomend this place to our friends. "Wij vonden het een heel fijne locatie; een prachtig gerenoveerd huis met goede voorzieningen, uitstekende bedden en heel aardige eigenaren. Keuken, badkamer, slaapkamers, woonkamer, allemaal perfect in orde. Een mooie open haard die niet heel veel hitte geeft maar ook weinig rook en brandlucht geeft, dus geschikt voor mensen met gevoelige longen. Het huis is heel bijzonder in oude stijl, wel volledig gerenoveerd met inzicht, en voorzien van leuke moderne inrichting. Parkeren is makkelijk, keukens en badkamers zijn goed voorzien en alles werkt. Er zijn veel leuke dingen in de buurt, die helaas in de kerstvakantie grotendeels dicht waren. Maar zowel fietsers als wandelaars kunnen er goed terecht, en er zijn ook genoeg 'steden', musea etc."

"The apartment feels reasonably spacious for a group of 7 of us, brightly lit all has own windows. Equipped with Fan (very important as we came in the middle of a heatwave) Location: Walking 9minutes from one station and 14 minutes to another metro station. Surrounding feels reasonably safe, a lot of people with young family. Whoever uses Paris Beauvais airport, only a 25-minute bus ride to the Aerobus terminal Groceries nearby. 3 minutes to bakery (Au Fornil Du Pain) and 8minutes to nearest Monop. Facilities. Complete cooking utensils, even cooking oil, washing detergent and dish washing detergent were there. 3 rooms with double beds and the living room has a convertible sofa, so 4 double beds. 2 shower rooms and 1 toilet. There is a parking facility, but I did not use it. The host was very thoughtful and communicative as to before check in and before check out."

"I booked this apartment as a group of 6: 3 adults and 3 kids (5-16 years) and the apartment was ideal for us. It is a really short walk away from the metro station (Stade de France) which gave us quick access to the city centre. It is a short walk to a supermarket were you can buy some basic requirements. The apartment comes fully stocked with cleaning supplies (including a dishwasher). It includes a washing machine and dryer, which came in handy for a week long stay. It is in front of a small family friendly park which the small kids absolutely enjoyed. The area is full of families and was safe."
