"This place is fantastic. The location. The property. The hosting. All were perfect. It’s approx. 10 minute walk (downhill!) to the beach which was busy in July but had a great atmosphere. Note that if you’re driving there in the summer some of the roads become one way and Google doesn’t seem to know that! The village of veyrier-du-lac has a couple of boulangieres, a mini-mart, a pharmacy and a tourist info centre. Again about a 10 minute walk away. The town of Annecy is a 10 minute drive but we liked being out of town and in a quieter location. Annecy old town is beautiful and I can see why they call is the Venice of the Alps. Patrick is the perfect host, welcoming us and explaining everything, going above and beyond any expectation we may have had. The quality of the accommodation is outstanding and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to unwind with a hint of luxury."

"Je n'ai pas grand chose à dire à part le fait que vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Nous avons eu toute la tranquillité désirée, la piscine était rien que pour nous et elle est réellement grande. On a vraiment adoré ce logement. Si je repars à Montélimar ou à proximité, je n'hésiterais pas :)"

"The studio is small but very comfy and very well equipped for short and prolonged stay -all equipment new and operational, the essential supplies for coffee and washing machines are provided. The studio is not far from tram stops that easy brings you to central bus, train and rapid tram (for airport connection) stations. The neighborhood is calm and safe. The hosts provides detailed instructions on check-in/check-out process and willing to help if something is went wrong."

"Pas de possibilité d'avoir un petit déjeuner, mais possibilité de le faire soi même. Cuisine bien équipée en ustensiles. Draps et linge de toilette fourni, mais lit non fait."
