"This cute apartment is in a perfect location. The apartment itself is cute, comfy and well appointed. The bed is very comfortable, and the sofa bed is comfy for 1 person. I will be staying here again when in Rouen!"

"Check instruction was clear. The accommodation was in one of the old wooden frame building. The building itself is in a great location surrounded by restaurants and shops."

"The property was above a restaurant, at night, it can be bit noisy if you are early sleeper. Its very hard to find free street parking nearby. We end up parking 15 mins walk away. We've got 3 ppl, so one of us need to sleep on the sofa bed, but the bed itself was bit broken."

"The apartment was done up really nice, but it's getting to the point that it needs some love and care. Was missing a few more useful things in the kitchen. Teeny weeny bath towels. And the bedroom needs some black-out curtains. But other than this it really was a great stay."

"Great sized apartment in the heart of Rouen. Reasonably equipped kitchen, shower was great. Perfect location so easy to walk everywhere. After reading some horror reviews I was a little worried but it was terrific."

"Parking was in fact 100 metres away in an open air carparrk but we ended up parking in the underground carpark which was 16.50 euro a day. Staircase was a little tricky but reading the earlier reviews I was prepared for this"

"Good location, historical building in the historical part of the city where everything was close to us. The apartment is decorated with taste and style. Nice view of the street and old buildings."

"The hallway when you first enter the building is a bit rough and steep. As expected, the insulation is quite bad. If you come by car like us, parking will be a problem because the apartment does not have its own private parking, and there is no cheap and available parking nearby."

"The street might be sometimes very noisy in the evenings which is great for young people however some people may not like it. For me it was a plus as you can feel the vivid vibe of the city."
