"La Pousada is a really lovely place to stay. It i's in a quiet rural location only minutes away from the Channel Tunnel. The accommodation has been developed to a high standard, very clean and had everything we needed. The bed is super comfortable, the shower is great and the kitchen is well equipped. The outdoor seating was ideal in the hot weather to kick back and chill out after a long drive. The electric external blinds are great to keep the room dark and let air in. I will definitely choose La Pousada over a hotel again, but make it a longer stay. Thank you Olivier for a fab stay."

"Mooie kamer! Als je binnenkomt is het best klein, maar door slim gebruik van de ruimte is het prima vertoeven. Host was zeer behulpzaam. Kwamen met twee fietsen, waarvoor de kamer te klein was. Host bood uitkomst met een oplossing."

"The barge is very charming and the hosts are lovely . Sally made us the most delicious evening meal, beautifully presented and enhanced by eating out on deck with some excellent wine. Brett was very attentive and friendly. Our cabin was extremely clean and comfortable and we slept really well. We have nothing but praise for Brett and Sally , they do everything so well . Breakfast was really excellent , loads of choice and great coffee. It was a real treat and we cannot recommend this highly enough . Thanks for one of the nicest experiences of our holiday .
