"The room was huge, and the bed comfy. The gardens were very spacious. We arrived late so didn't meet the hosts."
"The room was a bit cold and we didn't have enough blankets. Unfortunately the window was also leaking a lot in the rain. There was a *lot* of dog poo on the lawn. We requested breakfast in advance after they sent us an email to tell us about it, but then when they replied they said it wasn't available due to an event - perhaps it was an automated email about breakfast, but it was confusing and meant we had to set off on a long journey not having eaten."
"The rooms were well decorated, the hosts were lovely. The house was beautiful"

"Gated secure parking, beautiful house, top interior decor, clean and comfortable, home owner friendly, quiet"
"I was a bit cold, couldn’t seem to adjust heating so just would’ve liked a small heater or ability to adjust temp. Also would’ve been nice to have shampoo and conditioner, there were some empty bottles for show but would’ve been a nice addition!"
"An amazing location and wonderful accommodation.... a great experience"
"Everything was fine, but as such a historic building it of course has a shared bathroom...which was fine."
"Perfect location which is in very easy reach of Calais. Excellent car parking facilities as it is on their secured grounds which are gated. Would happily use this B&B again."
"Toilet/bathroom facilities could be awkward due to sharing with other rooms, however we didn't suffer any issues, and there were in fact 2 toilets guest could use and not one as mentioned in previous posts."
"Quirky building, nice decor, hospitality tray. Big rooms. Good secure parking."
"One of our beds was a bit creaky."
"A comfortable room, no frills, slept well. Friendly host."
"The washing bassin in my room had seen better days and was difficult to use because the tap was to close to the edge."
"A very beautiful house with an interesting interior design, jacuzzi and, a huge garden. Very friendly staff. We will definitely come back. Highly recommended."
