"The bedroom was very comfortable. Nice balcony with a view. Nice bath too in the bathroom. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good."

"I liked everything. It was a bit expansive but I had to book last minute as condition in my other accommodation were really bad. So with this in mind great place to stay. Would book slightly more in advance."

"BEST location. Literally ski in / ski out. Beautiful place overall. Special shout out to staff. Couldn’t have been more helpful. Want to say special thank you to Camille - she was a super star. Nothing was a trouble - from sorting out rooms config, arranging the ski passes, - and even helped us to extend the rooms when we decided to stay for longer. Really grateful. The food was good too - great service. Throughly enjoyed our stay and already planning our next trip!"

"Breakfast is excellent. Beds, pillows and linen were amongst best experienced. Location to ski lifts is a big drawcard. Bar and lounge were comfortable and warm."

"Felt the staff, especially at reception, could have been more approachable and friendly. Noisy neighbours were easily heard between rooms. Boot room needs an update - quite small so tricky in the mornings when guests are booting up to go skiing."

"The staff were exceptional. All were genuinely friendly, and all went the extra mile to make your stay great without being false. The location was fabulous. Breakfast was good and the restaurant and bar were also great. Lovely slippers to wear down to boot room."

"No tea/ coffee making facilities in room. Rooms were very very hot, with signs telling you you would be fined if you opened the window. A nice touch would have been bath robes to make using the gamma and sauna easier."

"The staff are lovely and very helpful! They helped us book resturants for the evening. Our room was great it has a balcony and was kept very clean and cosy by the housekeepers."

"The service and staff were perfect, helpful, kind and positive. The hotel is perfectly located. The room is spacious and the bath and shower are wonderful. The Saunas (worm and cod) were very good as was the massage."

"The restaurant. The dinner was not very good. The breakfast was ok, not enough vegetables and the fruits selection was limited. coffee from automatic machine instead of barista and the coffee flavor itself was not very good. The ski room doesn't warm the shoes in the midday break."
