"We came by bike. The owner provided a stand for the bikes, so that we could let them inside the hotel. I can recommend it for bike tourists, but let the owner know in advance"

"Our room was at the rear of the property facing the garden. Quiet location. Nice clean room with air conditioning. Easy storage of bikes. Breakfast was good. Hotel Location couldn't have been better, a straight walk downhill to the heart of a busy old section of Macon. Loads of restaurants, cafe, shops...."
"Difficult to get Wifi in our room. Sat in the lobby to create and download next day's journey."
"Great location, clean funky room and lovely friendly owners excellent parking facilities"
"Bathroom was a bit tired bath needed replacing"

"Absolutely no issues at all"
"Awesome couple running the property. Went out of their way to accommodate our needs specially when I got sick, Simon, the owner called the ambulance and stayed to make sure things were done properly and did the translation , being patient with us and fully concerned. Place was clean, room was spacious, linens were clean and fresh. Location was easy walking to the quaint center of town with lots of local French restaurants."

"Very friendly hotel, at about 10 minutes walk from the old town. Lovely room, quiet area. Couldn't be better."
"Nothing, hotel is great."
"Everything was spotlessly clean , fresh and well presented."
"Everything was good"
"Friendly staff. Comfortable, air conditioned room. Clean."
"Too expensive-€130 a night (€13 extra for b’fast) Decor a bit dated. Shower wouldn’t stay at steady temp. Don’t turn up before 4pm hoping for an earlier check-in because it’s actually closed-no one on reception."
"Nice people, very nice room (bed was a little too small for us), very nice breakfast and a very good parking-place for the car!"

"Lovely place, and lovely hosts — Philippe and Kate! I felt completely at home with them and really enjoyed our evening talks by the fire. Such great vibes :) I met some wonderful guests who were staying at the château as well — they made the stay even more special. Wishing you all the best with your beautiful place!"
