"The location was excellent in central Paris and within walking distance of many of the major landmarks. The property itself was stunning, spacious and well-appointed.The property owner, Jean-Pierre, was exceptionally well organized and the communication about key collection, wifi, facilities, nearby supermarkets etc was great."

"You must stay here! This property was magnificent, a large x 3 double room, 2 x bathroom, sprawling, lovely apartment, with many extra amenities supplied, excellent location & very comfortable. The apartment was like Versailles- it had high ornate ceilings, working fireplaces and French doors overlooking Haussman Blvd. We could walk to most main attractions & had access to a number of Metros close by. There was a supermarket and numerous cafes & resturants nearby. The communication & instructions with our host was clear and he was responsive & readily available for any questions. We would not hesitate to rebook when we return to Paris again."

"Beatrix was so lovely and met us earlier than originally arranged. My sister's French is very good (mine, not so much!) so we were able to understand all the needed information regarding the apartment, the building, etc. The apartment is large and lovely, with amazing high ceilings, generous sized rooms and large French doors that open to an outside terrace - it is also in a wonderful location!"

"Reception by our Host was flexible (and needed to be after a terrible delay at the airport immigration control). We were also given flexibility with our leaving arrangements which was very helpful. The apartment is smart, clean, well equipped and comfortable, with secure access. Coffee and tea were supplied, which was a nice touch. The local supermarket is close by and the bus and tram stops are easy to access. We walked to and from the old town on most days which was easy along the Promenade (watch out for the runners, bikes, scooters and skaters!). We will be happy to stay here again if we return to Nice. (If you want a nice, reasonably priced meal fairly close to the apartment on the way to town, try La Coccinelle, which serves 'home cooked' Armenian food, with good service."

"Beautiful old farm and garden located in a peaceful village surrounded by vineyards. We had a wonderful time, and local host Sophie made us feel welcome and cared for throughout our stay. Special thanks to all the extra arrangements that Sophie made for us, such as picking us up at nearby village Marlenheim, where we travelled by bus, or informing us in advance about how to organize our meals on a public holiday when nearby stores and restaurants were closed. Our room was cozy, spacious and comfortable. Although we weren't travelling by car, we very much enjoyed exploring Nordheim, Marlenheim and the surroundings through long walks. The breakfast was copious and delicious. Thank you for everything!"
