"L'emplacement est idéal entre le port et le centre ville (10 mn à pied). De plus , il y a une place de parking, non négligeable en période estivale. L'appartement est fonctionnel, idéal pour 2 personnes et la cuisine est bien équipée (micro-onde, airfryer, machine à café et grand frigo) avec beaucoup de rangement. Le plus : une piscine accessible avec badge et visible depuis le balcon. Le logement est bien orienté avec le soleil donnant uniquement le matin de quoi prendre le petit déjeuner sur le balcon . Une climatisation est disponible pour rafraichir l'appartement en cas de fortes chaleurs. Je recommande vivement"

"Enjoyable stay. A communicative and helpful host. Very clean and cosy place In a quiet area. Perfect for those who enjoy calm vacation places. Nice and spacious terrace, perfect for sunny breakfasts and cosy dinners with candle lights. Good big bathroom with nice bathtub. Spacious kitchen with many appliances and tools in good condition. Many towels, beach towels, clean bed sheets. Host really thought about the smallest things for the guests comfort."

"The location was excellent. The property was a good size for two people. It was clean and had all the equipment we could have expected. The welcome pack was a nice surprise. The balcony, and its view over the lake, was excellent. The shops were a 5-10 minute walk (downhill one way, uphill the other). The lakeside was in easy walking reach, for cycle hire, water activities and lake swimming. Other beaches along the lake were easily accessible by bus or car, and Annecy itself is just 3-4 km away."
