"The family was very welcoming. Emily gave us some good ideas for dinner and prepared us a delicious and copious breakfast the next day. We had croissants, toast, homemade jam, coffee and hot chocolate and best of all a fresh omelette made with their chicken's eggs. A clean and beautiful place. "The host was always available. She was friendly, helpful and informative It was in the centre of the village and near a bakery and cafe. In October the village was very quiet. The village was on a champagne tourist route with lots of day trippers but by the evening it was calm and quiet. Plenty of opportunities to taste champagne within the village- no need to drive! The flat gave us a lot of freedom."
