"One of the best locations I have ever rented. The apartment was fully equipped, with nothing missing. The landlord provided everything needed to make the stay more than pleasant. The house is close to the metro station and to Austerlitz station, from where it is easy to reach all the most interesting places to visit. The apartment has a very good heating system, and the beds are comfortable, ensuring a warm and restful stay. Highly recommended."

"Unfortunately the build is missing of the lift and with a heavy luggage it’s almost difficult to reach the third floor where the apartment is located"

"We had a great stay, check in was easy and well explained. The apartment is very cozy and we had everything we needed for our stay. The place is 5 min away from the metro station and right across the street from Jardin des Plantes. Our Host allowed us to check out an hour later wich was a very kind gesture."

"The access to the apartment is only by stairs and it is on the 3th floor. The floor is old and creeky, but this wasn't a real problem or anything."

"Everything was very comfortable, a small apartment with lots of nice details and really everything you need for a stay. It is on the very edge of the beautiful Jardin des plantes, metro and bus stations. It is five minutes from the promenade along the Seine, and also overlooks the paleontological museum where our teenage girls spent a few hours. Communication with the owner was very pleasant."
