"Très belle demeure, tout est neuf, bien pensé et de qualité. Environnement idéal nature, juste en face d'un champs avec des vaches. Communication très facile et efficace."

"Comfortable and freshly renovated little flat with all the amenities needed. Amazing location next to shops, bars, 2 metro lines, and restaurants. I found some of the other reviews quite unfair. Yes there is bars beneath the apartment and some noise but the windows have excellent isolation and the noise is minimal when they are closed. I slept all night with no problem, and my partner who is a light sleeper just used some earplugs and never woke up once. If such a low amount of noise stops someone sleeping, just don't stay in a neighborhood known for it's nightlife and where young people go out. There are plenty of quiet residential neighborhoods in Paris better suited to those who are unused to the noises of city life. Overall we had a comfortable stay and check in and check out was easy and convenient. I would stay here again."
