Christine is an great host. She takes such loving care of her guests and is always attentive and genuinely committed to making everyone feel welcome and comfortable. "Jovan is located by the river, and you can feel totally immersed in nature. The house even has swings outside and a volleyball net! We were given bikes to use and a big outdoor cooker and table. The house is really set up for use to enjoy the outdoors as much as possible, and our host even offered to take us fishing if we wanted. Inside, the house is clean and comfortable and very large for what we paid. We also loved the log burner! Overall we loved staying at Jovan and the kindness of our hosts."

There was no oil to use for cooking but that is all

If the beds had hard mattresses, it would be even better for sleeping comfort.

"As far removed from other tourists as you can get. Cheap and very backpacker. Friendly staff. You're practically living in a cambodian farm yard with fields on the doorstep."

No real complaints, just managing expectations. My room could have been be a little more finished. The guy is doing it up as he makes money, so staying there helps him do this and it didn't bother me. Difficult to locate on Google maps for your driver. Make sure you contact the place in advance for best directions.

"Basically everything - the location, the accomodation, the sauna, the host Denis and his communication. I've received all the info needed to get to the accommodation via whatsapp and whenever I needed something during my stay, he responded within 10 minutes."

"Great location just near the lake Peipus. The holiday house was just what was needed for one night stay. There was enough outside area to play some games. We also enjoyed the sauna and swim in the lake."

Higly recommend doing tours with Ahmed: he has a passion for his region and is very understanding of guests needs."

Although we did now there is no fridge in our appartment and hosts kept all we needed in their fridge, would be more suitable to have fridge in our suit.

"It was an incredible place to stay. Jimmy and the Family are the most friendliest people we have met in Peru. The Food was awesome. Excellent organisation and a really lovely place with a lot of animals and tradition. We felt so confident."

"Great location, spacious flat with big bed. Location is great, we could walk to different locations and short drive to Santa Elena and Cloud Forest."

Unfortunately two scorpions got into the flat and we were not sure how. Fridge leaked water. Other than this the flat is really good.

"Complete privacy, it's wonderful! Before our arrival, they turned on the heating and warmed up all the rooms, it was very touching. We were busy during the day so we didn't get to enjoy the beautiful views. The hosts are friendly and at the same time respect privacy, which is very valuable."

I didn't have enough evening light. But we didn't spend much time in the evening, we went to bed early. If you have poor eyesight like me, take care of your glasses.Also, my feet were cold, I didn't bring slippers, if this is important to you, don't repeat my mistakes
