Bygningen ble konstruert ved slutten av 1800-tallet for borgermesteren av Narva, og ble omgjort til et etablissement i 2002. "Central does mean 'central' if you want a five minute walk to see the fortresses or the border crossing....or even Lidl! Staff were excellent and sorted out my mistake in booking the wrong day despite not speaking English by phoning someone who did. Room was clean and comfy and great value as I don't need bells and whistles. You choose your one hot breakfast dish the night before.... omelettes are different from the UK but tasty."
