"Måten man blir tatt vare på av de ansatte, er helt fantastisk. Fikk kake og sang på bursdagen min, helt uforventet og så koselig. Jeg og min familie kommer tilbake neste gang vi drar til praia."

"The hotel lost our reservation, then they gave use a room that in really bad shape, no water in the toilet, water on the floor due to infiltration of the bathroom. "cafard in the room", I would say the room was not salubre, the personal presented in the same building but that has also water infiltation in the wall. Finally we were moved in the junior suite that was in an other building. The main issue with the junior suite was the music club with incredibly loud music during the weekend until 5 in the morning. (no possible to spleep, as the bass made the windows vibrate), the rest of the week was perfect in the junior suite. (wihout additional cost compared to our original resrevation)"
