"I've given it a 10 because I got exactly what I paid for. Not only that I had issues with changing currencies on the day so the owner let me sort myself out before paying. I ended up doing via revolut which should have been my plan in the first place as it's so straightforward. It's also really close to the beach and my favourite place to eat - Crazy kitchen. The apartment was clean and I had access to a washing machine downstairs. The Aircon was needed so I was grateful for it."

"Very comfortable and clean apartment located on the hill, with a lovely view over Ribeira Grande from the bedroom. There are quite a few stairs to reach it from the lower part of town, which wasn’t a problem for us at all but maybe for some people travelling with a lot of luggage. The apartment can also be accessed from the top of the hill, which is convenient if arriving by taxi. The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped, including a kettle for tea. A wooden spoon or spatula for the frying pan would be a nice addition. Otherwise, everything was perfect — we had a great stay!"
