"Value for money. Clean and comfortable. Smart tv and good wifi. Well equipped kitchen. Location to town good."

No fault of property but local drains were smelling. Would benefit from a washing machine.

"Loved the experience. Mr Lee was so kind and caring. Really made my stay memorable. He prepared breakfast earlier in the morning so that I could leave on time! The location is amazing and you actually feel the history of the place."

"Fabulous accomodation, the receptionist/barmaid even upgraded us to the hotel/motel, and gave us two rooms instead of one for no extra cost. What a lovely lady, she was so friendly, couldn't do enough for us. Arrived late for food, kitchen had closed, but she persuaded the chef to cook for us, great super. Instead of leaving early the next day, we decided to stay for the day, and had an amazing mixed grill for lunch. Great swimmimg pool. And everything was so reasonably priced. Can't recommend this place enough."

The fact I had only planned to have the one night there. Loved to have stayed longer :-)

"What an amazing place to stay. the house is beautiful and well decorated. The pool is amazing and made our holiday. The beds were very comfortable. The showers and bath were also very good. Plenty of cooking utensils and glasses and plates etc."

The meter for the air conditioning was a bit annoying but once I'd got enough coins ok.

"This is a gorgeous hotel and location, not far from Caronado and Caracol Beaches. With a 15 minute drive to the shops and highway. I was greeted on the first day as soon as I arrived and shown to my room. There is a lovely swimming pool with an outdoor kitchen. The first night a family was having a party and invited me to join them, there was also an older couple, everyone was very friendly and respectful."

The first night I was a bit tired and just as I was going to sleep other guest were playing a game that kept me awake. That being said it was early in the night. Everything was quiet by 11:30pm. The room did have a weird smell, a mothball sort of smell, which is not something I like, others may be ok with. The wall were also thin as you could hear other conversations.

"Our stay at Steigenberger was very pleasant, the same day we started with a spa treatment - the Pharaoh bath, we got a special deal two for one. We had 3 massage therapists who took care of us💆‍♀️Higly recommending it! But let's get back to the beginning, we got welcomed by Ahmed, who gave us a beautiful room with a balcony facing the Nile. For many a dream come true.. You will be welcomed wih a refreshing cold hibiscus tea. The breakfast buffet there has a huge selection and in the evening you can also have a dinner buffet with a view to the Nile if you sit outside. There are two pools, gym, some stores with souvenirs around the hotel and even a swing to take a beautiful sunset picture with a view to the Nile. Thank you Ahmed for your assistance, we felt very welcome thanks to you. 💯☺️"

The surrounding area is poor, but don't be scared, the locals are welcoming and kind. Sometimes you have to be patient so order your breakfast early if you have an adventure day planned.

"Likte godt at rommet har vært som et lite appartement. Veldig god madrass i sengen. Fin utsikt på fjellet. 2 små turstier som kan gåes i et, ned til elven, ca 2,5 km. God plass til parkering."

Begge dørene kunne høvles litt. I vasken manglet det pluggen, hvis det faller noe ned er det borte. Rommet kunne godt få et lite kjøleskap fordi neste mulighet til å handle er langt unna. Hadde likt litt varm eggerøre med bacon til frokost, men selvsagt ikke en betingelse.

"Don't be fooled by the name 'Pension'. The unit is large, clean and has a lovely balcony. With the sofa bed turned down, it felt like a two bedroom apartment. And we appreciate the fact that the sofa bed was already made up and ready to sleep in. Thanks for that!"

"WARNING STAY AWAY From this place!!!!!ADVARSEL STYR UNNA dette stedet!!!!! i only gave 10 points now to make sure to get 1st in the feed here to warn others from booking this horrible guesthouse!!!!! The owner is also very rude."

ALT, det står 350 meter til stranden, FEIL det er 2km å gå i bratt bakke. Det står kontinental frokost FEIL hvis du liker gammelt tørt brød, svett ost gamle grønne kalde egg, pålegg og tomat og agurk som er satt innn og ut av kjøleskap en hel uke. Utvannet juice, lite utvalg nesten bare søte ting, og du må betale ekstra for kaffe te. Vi ble lovet De luxe rom i øverste etasje, vi fikk rom i under etasje uten utsikt, hun lot oss ikke bytte rom til det vi var lovet. sengen i rommet er for kort for mennesker over 1,80 cm mitt reisefølge måtte sove med føttene utenfor sengen, veldig ubehagelig for han. Det finnes ikke såpe i dusjen. Det Veldig lytt du hører alt fra naborom og gang. Vi havnet i etasje -2 og det var beksvart i trappen jeg falt i trappen og skadet kneet mitt stygt. Og med tanke på at det er 2 km å gå spurte jeg om vi kunne avslutte vårt opphold på dette horrible stedet både på grunn av vondt kne og på grunn av rommet vi fikk var ikke det vi hadde betalt for. Og vi fikk blankt nei av den frekke eieren av stedet, istedet løy hun for oss og sa at det finnes en buss fra hovedveien og at den går hvert 30 minutt. Noe som var blank løgn, vi snakket med andre på stedet det finnes ikke buss i Saranda. Vi var i kontakt med booking om å få penger tilbake de prøvde virkelig å hjelpe oss men Eieren av dette stedet nekter blankt for dette. Det var et alt for dyrt sted til det vi har betalt og blirt lovet.

"The place is very nice, downhills there are shops , uphills there are restaurants) Pepper valley is 30 min walk from the hotel. Administator Anastasiya is a very polite lady. And the person appointed for the service of the outside territory is nice as well."

Some of the staff ( not all) are rude. It is connected with their lifestyle and misunderstandings which appear when people ask for some things. Some do not understand that in a room there needs to be evth for eating and drinking even if a person eats out. In the best room of the new building still there is no fridge inside the room. However, the place for it exists as the furniture provided has particular space for it. The communication problems may occur so it is better to negotiate every single detail as the view of the relax may differ.
