"It is an ideal apartment for a stay on the island, with a strategic location—close enough to the city center for easy access, yet far enough to enjoy peace and quiet. The apartment is modern and more than meets basic needs, offering air conditioning, ceiling fans, a refrigerator, a washing machine, a television, and a fully equipped kitchen, among other amenities."
The ground-floor apartments are quite dark and lacking natural ventilation. Because they are located on the first floor, people constantly pass in front of and behind them, which makes it difficult to keep the windows open to let in natural light and fresh air. As a result, you must choose between having light and airflow or having privacy—you can’t have both at the same time. Additionally, there is a serious privacy issue with the shower: it is clearly visible from the outside, which makes its use uncomfortable. There are also a few other details that, while not deal-breakers, are inconvenient. For example, the shower does not drain properly, and some basic items are missing, such as soap for the bathroom and kitchen, toilet paper, a dish sponge, a broom, and a mop.
