"Frokosten var god og vi kunne forsyne oss med frukt, men skulle vi ha egg kostet det ekstra. Kaffen var dessverre alltid bare lunken. Syltetøyet var godt og personalet var hyggelig. Ticino Feriekort som man får via hotellet gir gratis transport med tog, lokalbuss og postbuss så man kan dra på utflukter uten å tenke på feriebudsjettet, dette gjelder flere steder i Sveits."

"SUPERB, SUPERB, SUPERB! This was our last of 9 hotels on a trip around Switzerland and the Piccolo was the best of all of them. Most hotels can be chosen for good location and great reviews as was this one. However, there is a nice surprise waiting for you on top of this. The hotel is very individual. It has its own style with amazing art throughout, the breakfast was amazing and the management was very friendly. I particularly liked how making us a takeaway breakfast for an early morning start wasn't a problem. Highly recommended."
