Hotellet er av eldre årgang,og ingen AC, Bordvifte gjorde at det likevel ble ei behagelig natt. God og stor frokost."

"Let's be realistic, it's an old 3 star hotel right on the lakeshore in Montreaux. Probably the cheapest place you'll find for location, so enjoy it for what it is. Everyone was super friendly, I had a balcony front facing view of the lake. Breakfast was good and sufficient.Easily walkable from the station as I did."

"The hotel was fabulous 💯 and the stay was amazing. The hotel is central near the train station.the staff especially David was so funny and we loved chatting to him. He made us feel at home. We had a fabulous breakfast 🥞, ate like 👑 and was sad to depart so early. We will definitely be back to hotel splendid. They couldn't do enough for us even lending us 3 pin socket plugs. Merci a vous et á bietôt, j'éspère."

"I stayed for 2 nights in October. My room had a balcony and looked out onto the lake. Nice room with very high ceilings. The room had what I needed. Comfy bed, but pillows could be better. The location was excellent, a short walk to the train station. Bus #201 took us to Chateau de Chillon one way, and took us out to the vineyards the other way. Street out front was a bit noisy but was quiet during the night. Overall I enjoyed my stay."

"I loved it! They gave me an upgrade from a single courtyard room, to an enormous room with a lakeside view. I arrived when it was dark, and found it a bit scary…..Google Maps didn’t send me the easiest way from the station😬but David told me how to get back there in the morning - incredibly easy! He also lent me some trekking poles, as I’d put mine in my suitcase but wanted to go and see the Freddie Mercury statue before I caught my train - so kind! The reviews are spot on - his scrambled eggs are amazing, and he is soooooo helpful. Passionate about his town, and I would love to go back there."
