"This is an extremely well-located hotel that is very good value for money by Swiss standards. The room has a coffee machine and TV. We liked that the beds had two size options for the pillows. The heating worked really well (important in winter) and the shower kept its temperature (didn't oscillate between freezing and boiling like many hotel showers). There is an elevator and the sound insulation seemed effective (either that or we had quiet neighbours). Overall, a clean and comfortable enough space. Staff were polite and there is free luggage storage."

"The room is fairly small, especially as there were 3 of us. The bathroom could really do with some hooks - only one rail to hang all the towels. The main issue we had was with the placement of the wall-lamps. They were weirdly low and you couldn't sit comfortably in bed without smacking your head on them. There's nowhere else to sit either really, so that was quite annoying. There is no fridge or ironing board - it doesn't list these as amenities but I sort of expected them. So, this is just something to be aware of."
