The Hotel Kernen is located close to the Schönried train station, about 5 km from Gstaad, and offers rooms with balconies, gourmet food and free Wi-Fi. "Staff were amazing and so friendly. Breakfast and eating area was so cozy and friendly each morning with newspapers there. It’s very close to Alpine Express train stop (but you don’t hear or see it). If you want a hotel with an alive and cozy “vibe” to stay in during the ski season, this is it."

"I loved the place and every minute I spent there. It easily accessible, as it's 1 minute away from the train station. I loved the terrace where I could sit and enjoy a drink in the evening after dinner. There is a nice lounge where I could work the full day, before I started my weekend. The breakfast is not extremely diverse, but it was more than enough and very good quality."
