"I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel in the mountains. The location is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by lush nature and breathtaking views. The peaceful atmosphere makes it the perfect place to relax, slow down, and enjoy the beauty of Bali. Special thanks to Sammy, for his kindness and for making guests feel so valued. "We had a great stay and it was actually a highlight of our trip. The team was very friendly and helpful. Our son especially liked the animals running around."

The neighbors were playing music very loudly until midnight. It’s still glamping and not a hotel room so it was disturbing but that can always happen when you go camping.

"The Mankwe tented retreat is a little gem of a place, strategically located between Moremi and Khwai, with a good access to Mababe area and thus offering a wide variety of habitats with very good biodiversity. The tents are comfortable and the setting is very secluded and peaceful ... we were the only people staying at it at the time! ;) The team are very friendly and the game drives in particular very good - Op deserves high praise!"

Food options could be a bit more varied, but the cook is rather responsive. The pool seemed in need of a refresh.

The thing about having points in access card to take shower, it’s not needed, people who are doing camping are nature friendly enough to do not waste water.

The staff was kind of noisy in the morning, especially by the kitchen.
