"The remoteness and quirkiness of the building. Had areas of sun and shade plus a pool! Fantastic hospitality from Jesse and Don. Beautiful breakfasts and lots to do within a 45 minute drive. And Jesse went out of her way to make us a packed breakfast as we were leaving early to do a local tour."

"What a hidden gem! Such a beautiful property so secluded with gorgeous scenic views, interesting decor, and one of the most amazing three course breakfasts I've ever experienced. A true "bed and breakfast" is a lost art and these two have kept that alive and well in this wonderful property! "Expect a soft bed, personally we are used to a much firmer mattress. But the sheets are the softest sheets we've ever slept on!!!"
"Everything was perfect . The location was stunning and the hosts were so friendly and helpful . It unfortunately rained for most of our stay but that didn’t spoil the whole Algonquin experience . Last but by no means least the breakfast was superb . I will definitely recommend Stouffermill"
