"Electrics not up to standard- extension cable with loose plugs, kettle didn’t work, no Netflix working. Difficulty getting key for property (as we were from another country, our sim and data wasn’t working, and we drove from Namibia the same day so we couldn’t give an accurate arrival time )(also, once we had sorted this out, after driving back to the accommodation, no one was there so we had to drive again to get wifi a second time) - perhaps a code box, or a neighbour with a key might be handy 😊"

The host communicated very well with us from when we made our booking until our arrival. They provided us with everything we needed even things we didn't expect since it was self-catering.
