"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was good, very close to a tram stop (although if walking up from Brussels North the hill is a bit steep."

"A bit more bleach in the toilet would have been nice. The lift wasn't working, but I was only one floor up. Otherwise everything was clean and comfortable"

"We loved everything. The friendly staff, the room and the spa facilities. Breakfast and lunch were also great! If you wish to totally relax and rejuvenate, this is the perfect place. We loved that we could stay past check out time to enjoy the spa. We'll definitely come back!"

"This place has the greatest view in the city and the surroundings are very charming. The interiors are made in a very historical way, you can feel that you are in a museum or acting in medieval film. Everything is very beautiful. Breakfast is not a buffet, but it has 3 diches and it is very "instagrammable" and delicious. The host and his helper are very nice and friendly. Before our visit the host sent us a very detailed information about the city, after we came he also gave us a plan of the city with extra advice where to eat."
